Before finding ETS Dental, I went through another recruiter through a recommendation from my clinic partner. He was very unresponsive and at the end of it simply stated he does not have any leads for me and said he can no longer help me (after a week). His explanation was that he did not know of anyone hiring in California. Defeated, I went onto indeed.com to start by search. I did not want to through another recruiter due to my lack than stellar experience. Somehow I stumbled upon Ms. Rhodes on indeed.com. Quickly, she sent me an email to request for an interview through an easy and organized online booking. We spoke for more than an hour the first time we conversed. Immediately, I knew I was in great hands. She spent the time to get to know me as well as my fiance. She understood the challenge of my recruitment because my fiance and I were both hoping to work within a 30min radius of one another. She then spoke to my fiance and we both had a great feeling about her. Shortly, every single introduction she made on our behalf contacted us and requested for an interview. So far, I am up to in person interviews only however, I have no doubt she will help me through every step of my decision making progress.
