Hiring ETS Pediatric vs. a Broker to Find a Buyer for Your Practice

We’ve told you how best to prepare for the sale of your practice and hope that the processes we’ve outlined have helped you prepare. Now it’s time to sell and ETS Pediatric is here to be an advocate for your practice.

ETS Pediatric maintains a database of nearly all the Pediatric practices in the nation. We are in constant contact with a number of those practice owners and other professionals for the recruitment side of our process. What does that mean for you? We know which current practice owners and doctors are interested in expanding their reach with the acquisition of a practice and are prepared to purchase. In many cases, the buyer of your practice is likely someone that ETS Pediatric has spoken with in the past six to twelve months.

ETS Pediatric vs. Practice Brokerage

The going rate to engage a practice brokerage to sell your business is 10 percent of the practice value. This means that it would cost you $70K to sell your practice if it were valued at $700,000. Even if you find your own buyer, you still have to pay the practice broker, according to most exclusive contracts.

Our clients consistently tell us that ETS Pediatric delivers far more potential buyer candidates than traditional brokers at a fraction of the cost. How do we do that? Our team confidentially identifies prospective buyers from a pool of contacts that we interact with on a daily basis. From associates hoping to move into an ownership role, to practice owners planning to expand, to practice management companies interested in acquisitions, we maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers throughout the nation.

When we identify a potential buyer that could make sense for your practice sale, we don’t just send them to you immediately. Our experts take the time to interview interested parties to determine their level of interest and ability to pay. This ensures that if you are given a referral from us, it’s not just warm, it’s hot!

Additionally, ETS Pediatric is contingency based. When you work with our team, there is zero risk for you as the seller. If our experts cannot identify a buyer to close on your practice or if you find a buyer yourself, there is zero cost to you.

To be clear, ETS Pediatric does not offer brokerage services; we offer new relationships. One of the most difficult aspects of selling your business is connecting with prospective buyers that are prepared to move forward with you on a sale. With a database of thousands of Pediatric professionals and a team of recruiters making thousands of individual telephone and email touches with practices and doctors each month, we’re confident that no one is better equipped to help you sell your practice than ETS Pediatric.
