As a Pediatric Recruiter, my goal is to bridge the gap between competent physicians and exceptional practices. I am skilled in connecting practices with highly qualified candidates whom they would not be in contact through conventional sourcing methods. When these connections are made, my mission is to foster long term relationships between candidates and clients.
My Background
After earning a B.A. in Communication Studies from Longwood University (go Lancers!) in Farmville, VA, I joined ETS as a Recruiter Support Associate in 2018. Working as a Recruiter Support member allowed me to personally connect with physicians of all specialties through daily marketing calls. Furthermore, it granted me the opportunity to be well acquainted with medical industries and institutions across the country.
About Me
When I’m not connecting Pediatricians to quality practices, I can be found on the James River kayaking with friends and my boyfriend, Jared. I enjoy exploring national parks, checking out local restaurants, and relaxing at home.
