My Focus

As a Pediatric Physician Recruiter, my goal is to bridge the gap between job seeker and hiring authority. Specifically, I specialize in both locating and placing Pediatric Physicians / Pediatric APPs across the United States with their perfect job opportunity. At ETS Pediatric, we are skilled in linking medical groups with highly qualified candidates, whom they would not be connected with through conventional sourcing methods. My Background

After earning a B.A. in Communication Studies from Longwood University (go Lancers!) in Farmville, VA, I joined ETS as a Recruiter Support Associate in 2018. In 2021, the ETS Pediatric team was born, and I assumed the role of Lead Physician Recruiter in our Southeast & Mid-Atlantic territory. With several years of recruitment experience under my belt, I have placed a diverse amount of pediatric physicians and APP candidates across the country!

When I’m not connecting physicians to quality opportunities, I can be found spending time with friends and family. I enjoy exploring national parks, checking out local restaurants, and hanging out with my partner (Jared).
